SHIPPING TIMES

Every fine art print is printed to order, so for unframed prints please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. As framed prints are first printed and then framed to order they can take a little longer, so please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of framed prints.

TEA TOWELS - Tea Towels are dispatched within 5-9 days, (then allow for shipping times from Melbourne) and are sent through Australia Post. Standard shipping is $9.00 for tea towels!

PHONE CASES - Phone cases are printed to order in Australia and are dispatched within 2 - 6 business days. Once your phone case is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number! Phone cases are sent as an Australian Post eParcel (shipping for phone cases is $9.00 Australia wide). From placement of order please allow around 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Please note Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Covid-19.

UNFRAMED PRINTS - cost & tracking

Shipping is free for unframed prints Australia wide! Your fine art print will be rolled and posted in a durable postal tube to keep it nice and safe. Once your fine art print is shipped, you will be emailed to let you know your print is on its way and you will also be provided with the tracking number. Very small sizes (A4 & A3) are sent with Australia Post, and all other sizes are sent with professional couriers.

FRAMED LIMITED EDITION PRINTS - cost & tracking

The shipping rate for framed limited edition prints is set at a flat rate per size Australia wide (excludes very remote regions). For the shipping rates please see the freight cost for each size that is listed underneath each artwork. Shipping is added at checkout. If you live in a remote region of Australia please contact me for a specific framed shipping rate just for you - or alternatively you can always order an unframed print as shipping is always free for unframed prints Australia wide. Framing is available within Australia only. Framed prints will be freighted and delivered by professional couriers, and you will receive tracking notifications once your piece has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship unframed prints worldwide! (As well as tea towels too). Flat rate fee of $16 for overseas shipping. (Framing is not available for overseas orders). Please note we don’t take any responsibility for import taxes and fees you may incur - it can be a good idea to research your countries import and custom charges before you order. Your fine art print will be rolled and packaged carefully in a durable postal tube to keep it nice and safe. Once your fine art print is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow around 2-3 weeks for dispatch plus then the time it takes to be delivered to your country (please be aware the Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the worldwide postal services and caused delays).
